AAA Update: Pre-K Eligibility

In light of Georgia House Bill 1123, signed by Gov. Kemp on May 5th, AAA will reinstate the opportunity for eligibility to rising pre-k students for the 2026-2027 school year. We will hold a Pre-K lottery for a limited number of spots. These spots will be offered for one year. All families that are given Pre-K AAA spots will have to enter the 2027-2028 AAA Kindergarten Lottery for a kindergarten spot.

Rising Pre-K families interested in enrolling in AAA for the 2026-2027 school year, must sign up for the AAA Eligibility List on the PTO website by June 15th. The eligibility list can be found under the “Register/Forms” tab. Your rising pre-k child must be added as a family member on the PTO website for access. Once your family is registered for the site, the Eligibility List will be in your available forms. It is called "Austin's Awesome Aftercare (Triple A) Waitlist - 2026/27"

Selected families will be notified on June 16th. If you do not receive a spot, your child will be placed on the waitlist. Please note, the waitlist starts over each school year.

Spring Into the 2026 - 2027 School Year

Annual Verification is OPEN! We are asking our returning families to complete this process by May 15, 2026.

This is the BIG step!! It is required before students are placed into Homerooms and before Open House for the 26 - 27 school year.

How to complete Annual Verification:

2. Click on Blue Button "Current Student/Annual Verification Application".

3. Log into Infinite Campus Parent Portal account to verify/ update your child’s information.

4. You will:

Verify the parent/Guardian information the school has on file.
Update contact phone numbers and emails.
Upload the required Proof of Residence for the upcoming school year.

Acceptable Proof of Residence includes Lease, Mortgage, Deed, and Utility (Water, Power, Gas).
