The Austin Eagle Foundation, a non-profit, 501(c)3 Education Foundation, was created in 2013 to supplement dwindling resources from DeKalb County. Donations raised for the 2019-2020 school year will be allocated across the following programs:

  • PTO (2019-2020) cultural and enrichment activities
  • Technology enhancements and STEM programs for all grades
  • Enhanced security campus measures working with the Dekalb County Public Safety and Dunwoody Police Department
  • Implementation of specialized reading programs such as Orton Gillingham
  • Furniture & playground equipment for the new Austin campus, opening January 2020
  • Additional Paraprofessional and substitute teacher resources for our growing school

 

AUSTIN ELEMENTARY FAST FACTS

  • 690 Students and 527 Families
  • 2019-2020 Fundraising Goal: $150,000 or just over $200 per child. This is the amount needed OVER and beyond County funded resources provide, to help run programs at Austin to the level our students deserve.

 

PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

  • Website Exposure on the Austin Eagle Foundation Website
  • PTO Newsletter sent out to # subscribers weekly
  • The 2019 Dunwoody Dash Fun Run & 5k
  • Austin Eagle Agenda used by 425 students daily (Grades 2-5)
  • TIP Folder sent home weekly used by 690 students (Grades PK-5)
  • Business Listed on Display in foyer of Austin
  • Plaque placed at flag pole on new campus
  • Plaque on benches placed around new campus
  • Logo placement in newspaper and digital communications throughout year

 

5th ANNUAL DUNWOODY DASH SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Dash sponsors receive name/logo acknowledgement in all promotional materials for events, including in e-mails, flyers or other communications promoting events. Presenting sponsors receive headline billing {for example, Dunwoody Dash, presented by ABC Company} and name/logo acknowledgement in all promotional materials, communications and signage for events
